You are constantly stressed and you feel tired, without energy? You have trouble sleeping or even suffer from migraines to repeat? You want to lose weight? Or you're in solid shape and want to improve your performance in other sports? Or you simply want to keep a balance of healthy living?

The hot yoga could well be for you.

In fact, I'd like to tell you that hot yoga is for everyone – unless you have a medical condition that prevents you from practice to the heat, as well as for pregnant yoga burn for women.
